Hi,
Ordered mine from HSN 12/13 got it on the 17th. It sewed straight stitches on scrap fabric fine. I started doing simple pot holders with insul-bright/batting/ sandwiched in between christmas cotton cloth. The machine did not do well. Now the thread cutter gets jammed when i push thread cutter button. Open the bobbin pull the cutter mechanism back toward the front. The stitches are not uniform. Broke 3 needles last night, trying to do an embellishment stitch on scrap fabric. Threaded, unthreaded machine and bobbin several time. Automatic threader is now not catching the thread. I am frustrated and will send the machine back to HSN. I started out on a singer and loved it. I have an older kenmore and could have been finished with 2 potholders by now. This is not worth the hassle. My kids have never seen me so frustrated with a sewing machine.
Sorry, save your money. Hope you have better luck. I now need to machine shop again.
