I am alone also. I could have gone 3 different places but one was last night and I don't drive much at night any more. The roads can be a tricky after all the snow we had yesterday. Didn't trust them today either since the others were in the country and those gravel roads can be treacherous after a wet snow. Somehow, I do enjoy my own company. We get along just fine. LOL Fixed myself a turkey roast and baked a mince pie. Only have the mince pie during the holidays. Have worked on quilts all day and had a great time.
