Kids are out west and it's just us 2. Scaling back is ok by me! We have *some* decorations up (enough to look nice) but we are stil cooking an 8 lb rib roast! We love leftovers or as we call them here - do-overs. So tomorrow we will "do-over" prime rib, twice baked potato and salad with gorgonzola and pear. Then the next night will be BBQ prime rib sammies and bones with sweet potato fried.
