I think I would like to quilt the individual blocks, then put them together with small sashing.
Free-motion quilting something smaller than a mammoth size - what a walk in the park that would feel like! LOL! :D
But, I keep looking at the Feathered Pineapple design in the queen size, too. Gosh, how nice to have something sitting here, always ready for a couple extra hours' of quilting.
I've heard that they can take 80-120 hours to quilt by machine - can't imagine trying to do one by hand! Ack! :shock:
