I do 45 by 45 and this size will stay with them to toddler stage. Plus when baby is tiny one can wrap them up snug before wrapping in the quilt. I keep them made ahead and any new babies coming into this world near me get one. Your new grandbaby will add days to your life with the joy he or she brings!!
