actually if you chose you could probably take him to court and win. You called to say you were coming in to pick up your machine. believe it or not the courts often cater to the little man over a shop owner. Most people just don't go that far. It is to bad you did not take the first machine to another shop same day to give proof of a no cleaning from 1st shop. I hope it all works out OK for you in the end. (((hugs)))
