Take them to small claims court. No excuse for this kind of business practice. My guess is you will prevail especially if you can have a reputable dealer testify that the machine you got back was NOT cleaned and serviced. Go for it. And yup, after your 70 you stand up for lots of things you would not have done when you were 50--grin. Go 70+'ers!!
