Very cute! I have a Janome T-30 that I just use for its decorative stitches to finish off my bindings (I hate to hand stitch). She may find it fun to make a mini quilt and use one of the decorative stitches from your Janome to finish off the binding. I have found most kids this age don't like to do the hand stitching, but are fascinated with the decorative stitches of the machines. This is one way to make that part of the quilt fun for them.
