It is an interesting concept. I like the idea of alternative homes, if that suits. I have often thought I wouldn't mind living in a converted railway carriage (with a studio nearby of course).
It could be a good way for someone just starting out, at least the finances would be manageable and then you could move up if and when your lifestyle changed.
Personally I need a little more room, but an earthship or a strawbale would be fantastic....just have to get the husband to agree!
