OMG! I'm getting anxious just reading your post. I am so like this, it isn't funny. I'll plan, as you do, and then I'll start a number of projects and hurry through some, and dawdle over others, and then make myself crazy!!!This year one of my goals is to work on one thing at a time, make sure it isn't more than I can handle, and take mental and emotional breaks when necessary. It might be difficult at first but with my quilt angel's blessing, I'll be more pleased with my results no matter what it is- from the lowliest quilted hot pad to the most detailed of sewing projects, no matter what it is.
And unending rain would be a challenge that I can only imagine. Here it would be the never ending snow but so far this winter, my little neck of the woods has been miraculously spared.
Have a Happy New Year. We, here, always get to see the New Year being rung in from Australia when it is still several hours away from us. You know how to put on a fireworks display.
All the best in 2011.
