I made mine from extra wide flannel and PVC. I will add some pics to give you the idea of how I made mine. Mine is 6 ft x 6 ft, but you can adjust for whatever size you need. At this size, mine cost $20 to make (flannel from walmart). You can add a stand to the back if needed, or hang it on the wall. I just lean mine against the closet that is full of shelves....very portable too!
