I have seen people hang bed quilts on a wall, I don't think there is a "certain" size, it is a personal preference :D:D:D
A quilt is a top/batting/backing that has been tied or quilted to hold the sandwich together... it can be tiny or a hundred+ feet long like one I saw online :D:D:D
