since there are 'wall-quilts' out there that are bigger than most king sized quilts i don't think size has anything to do with it being a wall hanging or not. my dr office has a quilt hanging in a hall that is 12 foot square!
if you make a wall hanging, that's what it is...if you make a bed quilt or a throw..well that's what you have too...i have 'quilts' that are only 30"x45" and i have wall hangings that are 54"x72"...
how you choose to use your quilt determines what it is .. not it's size :thumbup: ...well size might matter but only if you make it matter.
