I LOVE scrubs, they have such yummy colors for ice cream cones! I got a lot of them from yard sales, thrift shops and church sales. I think the kids will love them, they are bright and cheerful. Unfortunately, my son wears long white jackets (Respiratory Therapist) and seems confused about me wanting old scrubs, but after seeing the lap robe i'm working on now, has promised to stop at any yard sale on the way home from work and look for them for me.
After all, even though they are both over 50 years old, I know darn well that as soon as teacher daughter gets hers, she'll be on the phone bragging and then other DD will want to know where hers is!! So am cutting out extra cones and ice cream to make hers as soon as this one is done. Then onwards to the next one which is Robots and the sky.
