I don't actually have a walking foot yet. Where's the best place to get one, and how much do they typically cost? (College student budget here!)
I bought a generic walking foot at my LQS. It was $20, or close to it.
I would do a meander, too. Such a pretty quilt, with lots of straight lines and order. I think the disorder of a meander will look great!
