When my father-in-law passed away we got back the quilt I made for his 80th birthday. I was happy to have it back as my husband was the only son. I want to pass it on to my sons eventually. Take them back now and put them away until some time has passed. I think you would be sorry if you let them go. Sorry for your loss. :(
