Do I qualify? I NEVER purchase fabric to start a new quilt top. I purchase fabric to add to and upgrade my "fabric collection" and I will continue to do so. If it gets used in a quilt someday so much the better, but that isn't necessary or required. I'm going to India next week for work and I plan to shop, shop, shop for fabric!
