I agree. Got fabric at WalMart once as it was the only available fabric within reach---and the darn stuff faded, went gollywoggers, and was worn out in no time--that is when I found out that they buy the cheapest grades--so just cause it is VIP or Cranston does NOT mean it is good quality!
There are lots of places online with good fabric at lower prices----like 4my3boyz.com(some at $2 per yd.) Not the newest and perhaps not exactly what you might rather have, but I got some lovely prints there recently at $2 yd. and free shipping!
