I quilt on my LA with King Tut, Rainbow, Halo, Razzle Dazzle, So Fine and Bottom Line, all by Superior. I use all on top and always use Bottom Line in my bobbin. King Tut is extra long staple Egyptian cotton so it rarely breaks with quilting. Both So Fine and Bottom Line are poly and are awesome. It you go to Superior Thread's website they have a tab called "education" where Bob will teach you everything you ever wanted to know about thread! I also use his metallic thread and glitter when I want sparkle. For piecing I use MasterPiece...thin enough to not interfere with my scant quarter inch!
