Since 1997 I have bought fabric. If I like it & can afford it, I buy it. When a Shop is having a Sale, I go shop & buy what I like, not knowing what it will be used for & when. When it gets to looking like I have too many blues, or purples or pinks, I steer away & go for other colors I am short on. When buying for a specific quilt, if I like the fabrics, I do try to get extra for my stash.
