I took my machine in once..because I was having an issue with feed dogs...after 3 weeks and 80$..I brought it home (repair shop was 60 miles away) and the feed dogs still did not work.
SO I called them...told them I would bring it back in....took it in and the lady and the front counter said I probably just didn't know how to thread my machine??!!! I was so angry...
I may look young...but this was last December and I probably had sewn 50 quilts on my machine in thet year alone before December...I am pretty sure I know how to operate my machine....
I called the manager...and we had words..they fixed my machine without charging me anything extra.
