I throw my scraps away. Used to keep them, but never found a use for them. I live in a small house so I try to get rid of as much clutter as I can. If you can use your scraps for wall hangings, doll quilts, coasters etc. by all means keep them. If you find that scraps are just taking up space that could be put to better use, throw them away.
