You cut 2 squares of material, preferable a heavy cotton duck, 7inches by 7 inches per bag.. you need 8 bags per game, so that is 16 squares of 7' by 7"...seam allowance is 1/4 inch. put 2... 7 inch squares together sew with the seam allowance leave abt. 2 inches on one end so you can turn the bag inside out, so the seams are inside then the hole is used to put Corn inside then whipstitched close.. I was told my one of my grandsons, Popcorn kernals is regulation, now I didn't know they even had a set of standards for this game.   I am going to Sams this week to pick up a sack of popcorn fill them, close them with the whipstitch then send it all to Florida. Now you can make FootBall logo or whatever sport you want cases for them as she has done... But 24 is a lot that is 3 games...3 Grndsons. So I figured they could improvise,Fabric paint or markers..Right    My sister made her family abt 2 yrs ago and they used cracked corn, They bags drew moisture and mildew set in. Had to throw it all away. But MY GRNDSON said popcorn kernals woud not do that. OK WE WiLL SEE!!!
