I do not have a lot of faith in this repair shop but I hope that they will make it good. :-(
I took my 11000 machine to a shop (50 miles away) that said they could put the jump stitch cutter in for me while I waited. Hours later, and I do mean hours later, I left with my machine. The next day I went to use it and the embroidery arm would not open. Back to the shop it went, when I got it home that night the arm opened but the grinding noise when sewing was horrible and very loud. When someone asks me what shop services 11000's you can bet I tell them my story.
