Do be firm and tell them it has to be fixed in a week and you will pick it up and try it out there!!! Also no extra charge as it is worse then when you brought it in. You do have to be firm as some people think they can intimidate as they are the fixers and the client doesn't know anything. I found out if you stick up for yourself they usually take care of things. If not report them to the better business bureau and word of mouth hurts them worse - dissatisfied customers are their worst enemy.
