Had hardwood floor installed 4yrs ago. It was sort of sealed with a water base poly. Well over the next few yrs it looked like it was 100yrs old. Called a man who does nothing but hardwood floors. He said it needed to be sealed. So he came and cleaned the floors resealed with an oil base and WOW do they look nice. Told me to use a gentle soap or more like a steam cleaner,got a Shark for Christmas and does it make my floor look nice.
