I know this post/thread is pretty old but I just had to jump in here to comment.
I have BellaWood pre finished floors and always use METHOD products on my floors. They are all natural (no chemicals) and smell SOOoooo good. I bought the starter kit (including mop, handle and pads plus product) at Lowe's.
The replacement cleaner liquids for both hardwood floors and tile (all surface they call it) can be purchased at Target as well. A little pricey maybe but no other product has ever touched my 7 yr old glassy shine hardwood floors and they are gorgeous. Everyone who enters my home has a comment about the wood floors. They are awesome and so is METHOD!
