You can actually slow down your weight loss by not eating enough. Your body goes into 'fasting mode' and your metabolism slows down. You want to keep your metabolism high by eating small meals maybe 6 times a day. Eat things that are going to give you good nutrition, like veggies, chicken breast, fish, eggs, whole grain bread. Just watch the calories and portions. You have to eat!
