If it's a Turning Twenty block, just piece it. No one but you will ever know. If your fabric is patterned you may not even notice the seam. As my daughter often reminds me when I stress about little quilting mistakes, "Mom no one will ever see it when they are sleeping under that quilt". Just piece it and move on.
That's the same thing my daughter tells me. My reply is they my not but I will and that bothers me.
