Thanks for the great tutorial. I'm just beginning to gather my materials to make my Farmers Wife quilt and I will be making it the same as you....it will be my "smell the roses" quilt.

I have used the sides of a washed plastic milk jug to make templates. It is just the right thickness and you can see through it.
