Absolutely. My husband once took a toll road (unknowingly) with no money so that I could go to a quilt shop. We threw the few quarters we did have in the change slot and drove away while the cameras snapped away. I watched for a fine in the mail for weeks but it didn't come in. Now when I find a quilt shop out of state, he insists that I double-check the route...like I don't!
