I do a fair amount of traveling, and if I see a quilt or fabric shop, I either stop, or if I didn't see it in time, I will turn around. Some of my bestest fabrics have come from the LQS, rather than Joann's or Hancock's, where I do most of my shopping. Although I hate shopping for anything else, I do love looking at and touching all the fabrics on display. Usually one of my family members travels with me, and they all know that the trip will take a little longer than planned, if I see a quilt shop, LOL.
