I wanted to thank the folks for their input when I was considering two vintage machines. I really liked both for different reasons and ended up getting both of them.
The Singer is home, I am very pleased with it. I will replace the wire to the foot control since it is rather brittle. Otherwise nothing needs to be done to it.
I will pick up the Standard Rotary Treadle sometime this week. It runs beautifully and has all the original attachments, and original operating manual. Most likely around 100 years old.
