Your machine is a model 27 (bobbin winder is mounted low) and it was allotted on February 6 1906 with 60,000 of them allotted. You are right it has the Tiffany Gingerbread decals on it. For what decals that are left on the machine they are in really nice condition.

The cabinet that you have is the top of the line treadle cabinet offered before the Parlor and Drawing Room cabinets. I have always loved the ornamental work on the drawers. You definitely have a real nice sewing machine and you did really good on the price!!
