Ok ladies, I went shoping last night for a new rotary cutter. My darling husband was playing with my old Fiscars one, and it fell apart. I sprang for the Fons & Porter rotary cutter, 40% off (without a coupon, sale price) at Joanne's. I thought it was nice, but it will take some getting used to! Now I wish I could of asked what everyone here preferred. (It is a nice rotary cutter, just different.) Long story short, what are the quilting products you just can't live without? Are some brands better than others?

I, for one, can't live without my Side Winder, a bobbin winder machine. it is much easier to use than my sewing machines winder, so I can fill 5 or 6 bobbins so when I run out mid project I "don't break my stride" and can just toss in a new bobbin. I admit it is a silly invention, the winder, but heck- I am easily amused!
