I like the way you think, on both counts!
I think one of the reasons I've failed so many times is that I try to go all or nothing. I usually end up with the nothing, so this time, we're trying it slower.
I thought about setting this rule for myself last night: instead of
no dessert, I can have it **if** I did my workout that day.
Double incentive, lol.
And I need to set a mini-goal for myself, too. Hmmm...
