...do not blame the rotary cutter...
It may happen when you are happily cutting fabric...
If it should happen, here are a couple of tips to help you cope!
1) run away from the cutting board. Let the cut get on the carpet or anywhere else. Save the fabric!
2) Call hubby to bring items home with him to fix cut since you have extinguished the first aid kit...it keeps bleeding and on and on...
3) After properly bandaged with a paper napkin and tape, continue on with your project. It is the gift giving season and these projects need to be done.
4)Consider those Klutz Gloves but then go back and forth between them and a yard of new fabric....for a new quilt.
Seriously though! I sliced my finger pretty good on the first knuckle...That has never happened before, maybe a nick or a small cut.
Those blades are sharp and I never knew that one slice could bleed so much and with MRSA or a Staph infection...well, I guess we should be extra careful.
We don't want to take a chance of ruining a pretty fabric!
