I have a 128. They not a full sized machine. They are 3/4 sized and weigh as much as a full sized. I had my 128 converted to a hand-crank. See my avatar. It has a bullet shaped suttle.
OMG!!! I was just at a thrift shop and saw one of these for $35!!!! I didn't get it, cuz I'm looking to purchase the Davis on SAturday! OMG! Wish I had it now! It was a beauty, but the top part of the "cover" had delaminated. The cords all looked fine...no fraying or anything.
There was a Kenmore and 2 Whites (1950's and 1960's) there also! 2 in cabinets and one a portable. Dang!
