I've also had a Elna 6004....it is a great machine...with lots of things that quilters look for! Mine is at least 10 years old too! I do wish the throat were bigger and someday I will probably upgrade....but this one has been great! I haven't looked at their current models. I am not sure the place I bought it is even selling Elna's anymore!
