Wow! I have worked on two yo yo quilts to date. We did not add a border but ended up using a backing and then layed the quilt out and attached it to the back,by hand I enjoyed doing it,and every one makes fun of me when another one comes in. The first one was of satin fabric and really coming apart, took many hours to sew all the yo yo's back together and then to put a backing on and some what have to do it again.(attach all yo yo's to backing) They came out great and the first one I always called the million dollar yo yo, so now they say go get kate we got another one.
