Mim sent me this adorable baby quilt to long arm. I wanted to quilt it heavy enough for lots of washing and wear but light enough so that it would still be soft and comfy.
I stippled in the blue so the stars would pop out..left the yellow alone....and did a simple design in the center of the stars. (it lays flat but I had it folded ..and unfolded it for a quick picture)

The second picture is a quilt I am working on for a friend. SHe sent me all the fabrics and pattern..but said I could place the fabrics however I wanted (except a border ..which I have not gotten to yet) and the purple one is her favorite so I made sure that was in every block. I have alll of the blocks done...just need to start assembling them. It is really nice to sit at the machine again.(I have been long arming, which is nice too) and get that feeling of seeing the top progress..I love that feeling!
