For pulled pork.
Crock Pot..... pork loin...pour any 12oz can carbonated drink(root beer...coke...pepsi...dr. pepper etc.) do NOT season with anything other than the carbonated drink. You can use regular or diet...doesn't matter.
Cook on low...up to 8 hours. Pull apart and add your choice of BBQ sauce... mix good....serve on buns.
The carbonated drink makes it really tender...NOT sure why or how....very simple to make and really good.
