In 2010 I made the promise to myself to finish my UFO's and yes I did it! And now have created three new ones :).
Now 2011 is my year for beginnings. For 7 years I have had a tub full of my three nieces christmas dresses. The girls are all grown and have families of there own. I decided to start a brand new adventure....Crazy Quilt! I am going to make a Crazy quilt for there mother who had a heavey heart letting the dresses go 7 years ago. My nieces gave the go ahead to start the removal of lace, buttons, satin, and velvet. I am giving my self one year to hand peace the entire quilt and thinking of these beautiful women with each stich. Anyone have a quilting goal for 2011?
