I have sewn all of my life. My DM also, but she started quilting about 30 years ago. I have always loved quilts and decided to learn the art myself, so I told my mother that I wanted to make a quilt and she helped me when I needed it. Now we are in a quilt club together and get together for sewing days. I enjoy it, all of it, even unsewing (lol).
