I have many Native geometric style prints. I dislike that anything with an Indian print on it is called South West because There are Indian tribes everywhere. A little research by the fabric designer would be nice. But I love prints with Plains beadwork (not many of those) if it is done correctly. There are many prints called South West that show people dressed in a mix of different tribal clothing or a mix of actual South West items and Plains and then it's called Navajo. I am not making Fabric a political issue.....just my observations about the Native American/SouthWest lines. So I pretty much stick to the general geometric patterns I find here and there.
