I notice that there are not to many people from California out there.

I have two Baby Lock Sewing machines. One is the Quilter Quest and the other is the Designer Baby Lock. Before that I had a White Sewing machine that my Mother got me in 1959 and dummy me sold that and got a Golden touch Singer, that was the worse sewing machine I every had, from there went to a Elna, it was okay had gots of bells also. I gave that one to a friend because I couldn't thread that needle, after that got into a couple of brothers machines, they didn't work out either, so traded them in on my Baby Locks, I love them. They thread the needles great.

I would love to have the Ellisomo, but I am not sure I would ever use all the goodies on that. The price is pretty high also.
I am 69 years old and I most likely wouldn't use all of that for the price. But we can all dream anyway. It is the top of Baby Lock's line, something like the Bernina.
