I made this wall hanging for my dearest friend, Shelley. We've been through lots of health problems, her with a crushed hip and me with Sjogrens and Lupus; both of us were disabled in our early fifties - way too young. Thank God, we've had both Him and each other to wade though this "new normal" life we live.

I made this using Purely Gates embroidery set "Floral Fantasy" and from a class at Little Stitches here in Missouri City, TX. It's been entered in the Dallas Quilt show in early March. I'm so excited!!
