I really like the Turning 20 pattern. It is so quick and easy to put together. A few years ago I took a free quilting class at my local library because I didn't know a thing about quilting except that I really like quilts. We were taught the Turning 20 pattern. This is the quilt that I made. I worked at a local activity center for senior citizens and the ladies there are always looking for something to do so they helped me hand quilt it. The lady at the center that was teaching me about hand quilting said that the quilting pattern is called a shell pattern and she used a string with pieces of chalk spaced the same distance apart and we marked the quilt lines and they quilted it. We had a really great time doing it.

Hope you enjoy the pictures.
