I use cereal boxes and can reuse them again and again with no problems. This method gives a nice firm crisp join/edge to work with and is great for some one starting out but you must be accurate with cutting the templates in the beginning. I found that with the cearal box card I could put the pieces I was working with in my hand bag and they did not get creased or damaged, so I could take small amounts of the project where ever I went. I got most of my project done that way, Dr waiting rooms, sitting in the car etc.
