I just put all my liquids (broth, cream of mushroom soup, carrots, celery, onions, whatever you want in there and cook it on low. As the bird gets closer to being finished, I add the good old Peppridge Farms bags of stuffing mix. If it's starting to get a little dry, add more broth or soup.
